You can take C25 Herbal Capsule with or without food, although, for best absorption we recommend taking after meal.

Yes! Our C25 Herbal Capsule do not contain any gelatin or animal-derived ingredients, making them vegetarian!

We are proud to say that our C25 Herbal Capsules are made in Malaysia, with selected ingredients thoughtfully curated from around the world. Our C25 are manufactured in a state-of-the-art, GMP, HACCP, MESTI certified facility, and also MAL certified.

C25 may be taken daily 1-2 capsules, 2 times per day after meal. For more specific information, please reach out to us for further support!

Shipping & Returns

We currently ship in Malaysia! If you do not see your country listed in our checkout page, please contact us at hi@nourix.com

We offer the shipping fee as low as RM4.00 for West Malaysia and RM10.00 for East Malaysia.

However, we value our Nourix members at first place, hence we offer free shipping nationwide on orders above RM150.

Orders are usually fulfilled within the next business days.

We think that you’re going to love our products but in case you don’t, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee on unopened bottles. Please contact our Customer First Team within 7 days of your received order for instructions. Our customers are responsible for paying for the shipping cost to send back returning product.

No, sorry that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We will send a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way and it will include a tracking link to track your package.

Once shipped, local shipments can take 3-5 business days. Due to the current situation, carriers may be delayed with their transit times.

You can edit, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time, but if you want this change to take effect before your next shipment leaves, you need to let us know within 24 hours before your next shipment is sent by logging in to your account page.

You can modify your subscription in your Customer Portal. You may access your Customer Portal in two ways:

Clicking the unique Customer Portal link sent to you in your Subscription Activation email or Logging into your customer account.

Once you are in the Customer Portal, you will click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu to make any modifications.

Payment

We currently accept all of the main credit cards—Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept local online banking via FPX and major e-wallets are available as well.

Yes! We use an encryption service to process your payment. Your credit card information is hidden from us and we do not store your credit card information. We use third-party payments secure encryption service to process all payments.

  1. Select the Buy Now Pay Later payment option.
  2. Insert debit card or credit card.
  3. Your bill will be split into 3 payments. You will make the first payment at the point of purchase.
  4. The second and third payments will be charged automatically after 30 days and 60 days, respectively
